Fit Yummy Mummy Review

Fit Yummy Mummy Workout

Start burning Fat Right Now!

This is a review of The Fit Yummy Mummy Lifestyle System.  I personally follow this system and want to let you know that it really works.

But first of all let me tell you what The Fit Yummy Mummy Workout and Lifestyle System is not.

  • It is not a quick fix diet
  • It is not a magic exercise plan that will make those unwanted pounds melt away
  • It is  going to take work on your part.

However, what the System is is a comprehensive nutrition and fitness plan for busy mums, busy women basically anyone who thinks they don’t have time to exercise.

You know how it is, especially when you have children, you get so wrapped up in all the day to day things of being a mum that you forget to take care of yourself.

The Fit Yummy Mummy System gives you a clear plan of how to get back into shape.  This is a 16 week Nutrition and Workout Plan.  Now that may sound really daunting, but trust me, is is quite simple to follow.

Also, don’t think you won’t be spending all your time watching what you eat and exercising.  Than plan sets out goals which make it possible for you to change your habits gradually.  Holly Rigsby the Author is keen to point out that this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix ‘diet’ plan.

The exercises are broken down into interval training sessions which last a total of 90 minutes per week.  You can either do them for 30 minutes three times a week or 15 minutes twice a day for three days a week or 15 minutes per day, six times a week.  This is about fitting exercise into your routine which will provide effective results.  Once you have done your 90 minutes per week, that’s it, your done!

I don’t know about you but that was one of the biggest selling points about this plan for me.  You see I do like to exercise.  Before having my kids I would go to the gym most days, around 4-5 times a week.  But now after having my kids (I have 5 year old twins and an 19 month old girl) I don’t have the luxury of flitting of to the gym everyday.  So, something that I could do that would get the sames results as going to the gym everyday was what first drew me to this plan.

The plan really did help me get back into shape.  I tend to work out in the morning before the kids wake up.  It is a bit of a pain to get up early to exercise but once I get started I really enjoy it.  Then before you know it 30 minutes have passed and I am finished!  I have a shower, get dressed all before the kids even get up.

I consider this my ‘me’ time.  All Mum’s will know how important ‘me’ time is and how difficult it is to find any when you have kids!  It is amazing the difference this plan has made to how I feel about myself.  With each of my pregnancies I gained a lot of weight.  I am definitely not one of these women who just snap back into shape after having a baby.  After each pregnancy I felt really concious about my body, something which I had never felt before.

The plan made me look at my eating habits.  I never used to think about what I ate before, I always thought as long as I worked out I would be ok.  The plan breaks down just how important it is to watch what you eat as well as workout.  If you are a Mum you will understand how much energy you need to keep up with your kids.  Coffee and chocolate only help you last for so long!

Holly explains how important it is to fuel your bodies well.  There are some example of menu plans but like I mentioned earlier this is not a ‘diet’.  The meal plans contained in the plan are just examples.  They are there to show you roughly what you should be eating in a day and more importantly how often you should be eating.  Skipping meals is not an option.  Holly explains that to really increase your metabolism and the fat burning process you need to eat every 3-4 hours.  This may seem like a lot but don’t worry you won’t be eating a three course meal every three hours!

Also because this is not a ‘diet’, the healthy meals that you will be preparing can be enjoyed by the whole family.  You don’t need to cook separate meals for you and separate meals for your family.  I have done this in the past and it is such a pain!

So if your a new Mum or even if you are like me and had you children a little while a ago but are still carrying around those extra few pounds take a look at The Fit Yummy Mummy Workout Plan.  It is defiantely worth it and you will see results.  When you get to website you will see many testamonials from women who have followed the plan and have achieved fantastic results.
