Another way to increase your metabolism is through changing the frequency of your meals. By eating smaller portions more often during the day, you will help to increase your metabolism. In addition to eating smaller portions more frequently, eating the right foods will help boost your metabolism. For example, cutting out red meat and replacing it with turkey will help your body run more efficiently.
