If you want, you could choose unsweetened tea so you can still avoid the extra belly fat associated with soda.
The best alternative for fast food breakfast is an egg, ham and cheese on an English muffin.A salad with fruit and nuts is also a good choice for a fast food breakfast. The best lunch options are chili, grilled chicken, or a plain cheeseburger.
Remember, the most important thing is to stay away from deep fried food, soda, and fries.
If you saw the “Super-Size Me” movie, you saw how the fast food diet destroyed the one man, but another guy seemed to be unaffected.The difference was that the healthier guy never eats fries or soda.
